On 8/15/07, Plaintiff visited Defendant to receive a full mouth rehabilitation/restoration, including numerous implants and bridgework. Defendant improperly placed and positioned many implants; improperly combined natural teeth and implants as abutments for the same bridge; used posts that were too short to adequately hold the bridgework; provided inadequate and poorly constructed bridgework; and inadequately designed and prepared the prosthetics, among other things.
